Jerami Grant was born in Hyattsville, Maryland on 26 March 1994. A lengthy, athletic forward who has steadily developed from a defensive specialist into a reliable two-way player and primary scorer, Grant has impressed with his consistency and work ethic. He came through the 76ers and Thunder before joining Denver Nuggets, where he played a supporting role in their playoff teams. His signature season came with the Detroit Pistons in 2020-21, where he averaged 22.3 points and proved himself capable of carrying an offensive load. He later moved to Portland Trail Blazers on a substantial contract.
