WNBA champion and versatile two-way player who was a key piece of the Las Vegas Aces' back-to-back title teams.
Jackie Young was born in Princeton, Indiana on 16 September 1997. A versatile, athletic and competitive guard/forward with strong defensive instincts and improving offensive capability, Young was the first overall pick in the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Las Vegas Aces. She developed steadily from raw prospect to key contributor, and became an essential piece of the Aces' consecutive WNBA Championship wins in 2022 and 2023. Her defensive versatility, energy and willingness to handle diverse responsibilities for the team made her a valued part of a historically dominant Aces roster that included A'ja Wilson, Chelsea Gray and Kelsey Plum.
