Federico Chiesa was born in Genoa, Italy on 25 October 1997. Son of former Italy international Enrico Chiesa, he burst onto the scene at Fiorentina before joining Juventus in 2020. He was Italy's standout player at Euro 2020, scoring crucial goals against Austria and Spain as Italy won the tournament. His directness, acceleration and ability to score in big moments were exceptional. A torn ACL in January 2022 sidelined him for nearly a year. He won two Coppa Italia at Juventus. He joined Liverpool in 2024. He has earned over 35 caps for Italy.
