Explosive Chicago Bulls guard whose scoring outbursts and improved playmaking have made him one of the NBA's most exciting young backcourt players.
Coby White was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina on 16 February 2000. A dynamic, athletic guard with excellent scoring ability from all three levels and a powerful frame, White was selected seventh overall by the Chicago Bulls in the 2019 NBA Draft. He has steadily developed into one of the team's primary offensive options, but his breakout came in 2023-24 when he averaged 19.1 points per game — including a run of explosive performances that highlighted his scoring ceiling. His pull-up three-pointer and athletic finishing at the rim are elite, and his playmaking has improved significantly. He earned his first All-Star selection in 2024. Alongside Dosunmu and a young Bulls roster, White represents one of the league's more exciting backcourt duos.
