Roger De Vlaeminck is a Belgian Classics legend known as 'The Gypsy' who won Paris-Roubaix four times — a record he shares with Eddy Merckx and Tom Boonen — and the Tour of Flanders twice. He is considered one of the finest one-day race specialists in the history of the sport.
