Kamil Stoch was born in Zakopane, Poland in 1987. He won three Olympic gold medals — individual at Sochi 2014, team at Sochi 2014 and individual at Pyeongchang 2018. He won the Four Hills Tournament — the ski jumping season's most prestigious competition — three times. He is Poland's most decorated Winter Olympian and the most successful ski jumper of his era. His technical style — exceptional telemark landing, body position in flight — is used as a model by coaches. He has remained competitive well into his 30s.
