The natural — two MotoGP titles and the fastest corner-speed rider the sport has seen.
Casey Stoner was born in Southport, Queensland in 1985. He won two MotoGP World Championships — with Ducati in 2007 and Honda in 2011. His corner speed — particularly through slow corners where he carried more speed than any other rider — was unprecedented in the sport's modern era. He retired from MotoGP at 27 in 2012 — citing health issues, a loss of motivation and a desire to protect his young family from the pressures of professional racing. He returned for test riding for Honda. He is considered by many MotoGP engineers as the most naturally gifted motorcycle racer in the modern era.
