Lynn Swann's four catches for 161 yards in Super Bowl X — including a diving 53-yard grab that became one of the most reproduced images in the game's history — earned him MVP honours and established him as the most graceful big-game receiver of Pittsburgh's 1970s dynasty, a dynasty that produced four Super Bowl titles.. He won four Super Bowls in total with the Steelers. Swann earned three Pro Bowl selections and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001, later building a prominent career as an ABC Sports broadcaster and serving on the President's Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition. He ran unsuccessfully as the Republican nominee for Governor of Pennsylvania in 2006, and later served as athletic director at USC, his alma mater.
