The Minnesota Vikings selected Diggs in the fifth round, 146th overall, of the 2015 NFL Draft, and he developed into one of the league's most dynamic receivers, delivering the "Minneapolis Miracle" walk-off touchdown to win a 2018 playoff game against New Orleans. Diggs led the NFL in both receptions and receiving yards in 2020, his first season with the Buffalo Bills, and earned four consecutive Pro Bowl selections between 2020 and 2023, becoming one of the most productive receivers of his generation.
