Juli Inkster was born in Santa Cruz, California in 1960 and became one of the most versatile major champions in LPGA Tour history — winning 7 major championships across 4 decades of competitive golf. She turned professional in 1983. Her 7 majors: US Women's Open (1999, 2002), ANA Inspiration (1984, 1989), LPGA Championship (1999, 2000) and Women's British Open (2002). She completed the career Grand Slam. She won 31 LPGA titles overall. She was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2000 — the first active LPGA player to be inducted while still competing. She competed in 12 Solheim Cup teams and captained the US team to victories in 2015 and 2017.
