In 2015, Bryson DeChambeau became only the fifth player in history to win both the NCAA Division I Championship and the U.S. Amateur in the same year, and by 2024 had won the U.S. Open twice, joining Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players to hold the NCAA title, the U.S. Amateur, and the U.S. Open.
