Miki Biasion is an Italian rally driver who won back-to-back World Rally Championship titles with Lancia in 1988 and 1989, becoming just the third driver in history to win multiple WRC crowns.

Back-to-back World Rally Championship titles in 1988 and 1989 made Miki Biasion the dominant force of the Group A era, a run of form in which he won victories in nearly three-quarters of the events he entered at his peak. He came to prominence in 1983, winning both the Italian and European Rally Championships driving a Lancia 037, completing a rally double as Lancia also won that year's World Rally Championship for manufacturers. Biasion was drafted into the works Lancia World Rally Championship team to help the squad regroup after the death of star driver Henri Toivonen, and, partnered throughout his career by co-driver Tiziano Siviero, went on to dominate the early Group A era of the sport. Driving the Lancia Delta S4 and later the Delta Integrale, he won the World Rally Championship in 1988 and successfully defended it in 1989, becoming only the third driver in the sport's history, after Walter Röhrl and Juha Kankkunen, to win multiple WRC titles. At his peak, Biasion won victories in almost three-quarters of the events he entered. Biasion signed with Ford in 1992 on what was then the most lucrative contract in WRC history, though success proved harder to find with the Sierra and Escort RS Cosworth; he still managed a final WRC victory at the 1993 Acropolis Rally. He stepped away from top-level rallying in 1995, having won 17 WRC rallies, all but one with Lancia, and went on to further success in truck racing, winning the FIA European Truck Racing Championship in both 1998 and 1999.
