Relentless Russian power baseliner and Monte Carlo and Madrid Masters champion.
Andrey Rublev was born on 20 October 1997 in Moscow, Russia. He turned professional in 2014 and established himself as one of the hardest hitters on tour with his flat, devastating forehand. Rublev has won 16 ATP titles and multiple Masters 1000 events including Monte Carlo (2023) and Madrid (2024). He is known for his emotional on-court behavior and his incredible consistency at ATP 500 level events. Despite reaching the top 5 in the world, a Grand Slam title has eluded him as he has fallen short in the quarter-finals of majors on multiple occasions.
Monte Carlo Masters 2023
He has won more ATP 500-level titles than any other active player — a remarkable consistency at that second-tier event level.
